Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager.

This position is responsible for owning and optimizing the IV-X Shopify ecosystem end-to-end. The E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager will oversee daily site operations, product launches, conversion optimization, and performance reporting while ensuring the digital experience reflects IV-X’s premium positioning.

The role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and execution, working closely with leadership to support product drops, ambassador activations, and alignment across Shopify, Amazon, and additional sales channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify DTC storefront (required)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, retention, and funnel optimization
  • Experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
  • Ability to launch new products, bundles, and limited releases efficiently
  • Knowledge of CRO strategy and ability to identify and eliminate friction points
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and provide actionable insights
  • Experience building automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reorder)
  • Ability to coordinate pricing and promotional alignment across multiple digital channels
  • Clear written communication and brand sensitivity
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable owning measurable results
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
